    Not the best quality control

So this bike is great, but I can't give it 5 stars; here's why: I pulled everything out of the box, pulled the plastic and styrofoam out, and layed everything neatly on the floor. STEP 1 was to connect the front of the bike to the front stabilizer; easy enough. After 20 minutes of trying to line up the screws with the holes, I figured something had to be wrong. I separated everything, and sure enough the threads didnt match up. One of the screws was not made to properly fit the hole. Luckily my brother was a mechanic for 15 years so he had the tools for us to rethread the hole. If this wasnt the case i would have had to wait for the new part to come in (about 4 days). On the bright side, customer service was very apologetic and did offer to send me a new stabilizer. If you have this problem, CALL, dont try to email them. The guy that responded to the email took 3 days to respond and wanted pictures and a video, yea, of the screw not going into the hole. That all being said, my girlfriend is obsessed with this bike. She absolutely loves it. It all seems like quailty material and has exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this product, Nordictrack just needs a bit of work to help with quality control.

A Very Good Experience, with Some Notes

Overall quite happy with the bike. Assembly was somewhat challenging - recommend 2 people for at least the base wedges. The bike does wobble a bit with harder riding, which I attribute likely to the carpet under the mat it sits on. Also, get padded shorts and padded saddle if you aren’t used to a bike seat! What I like most - the rides are pretty cool, and the instructors and music selections add up to a good quality experience.

I've owned the Bike for about 3 months now and when its working, it's absolutely fantastic. Delivery was fast, took only about a week, best buy came in and dropped it off in my living room. I didn't pay to have it set up. I was able to assemble it myself in about 3 to 4 hours with a few breaks, however would probably recommend doing this with another person. The bike is extremely heavy and was difficult to carry up my stairs in pieces by myself. Towards the end of the assembly, I discovered the crank shaft shipped stripped, so one of the pedals would not screw in. And by stripped, there was no threading, it looked like it had been burned off as it was also slightly discolored. I immediately called Nordic Track, sent them pictures, and they agreed that the whole crank shaft needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the bike would need to be disassembled to replace the shaft, so they shipped the replacement part and had a tech come out to my house to replace. About two weeks later, the new shaft arrived, and the tech came out a few days later. The tech proceeded to replace the crank shaft, and after about 30 minutes into the install, noted the crank shaft they sent me had different screw caps that cover the pedals than my bike had. So he called Nordic Track, then after some back and forth, they agreed to ship new screws out, and he would come out to finish the install when they arrive. Well, unfortunately, the screws where out of stock, and it would be 3 weeks till they'd ship. Fast forward 3 weeks, they arrive, and once again, their the wrong screws. Tech calls Nordic Track again, and once again, they send another set of screws on expeditated mailing. These arrive several days later, and finally the crank shaft is installed. After 6+ weeks, I can finally use this 2k dollar bike that I bought. That immediately left a bitter taste in my mouth, but decide to give it a go. It's fantastic. The trainers bring a smile to my face, the outside track workouts are unique and engaging, and the bikes features are great. I've done a few studio live sessions, and there not bad, I personally just prefer the outdoor rides. But a 2k dollar bike shouldn't ship with a stripped crank shaft, and it shouldn't take 6+ weeks to be resolved. That said, customer service has been responsive and the bike since then has worked fine. I immediately extended my warranty through them for 4 additional years at the cost of ~400 dollars. I would highly recommend you do the same also. Ultimately, I've gone from buyers regret to thrilled with the bike. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but just couldn't with the problems I discovered on delivery.

Amazing bike, easy to build, application was easy to set up and configure, classes and road courses are excellent. Sadly 23 days after purchase im already having problems with the incline motor. When you turn it on sometimes, the incline sensors must not align or something, then your bike is unable to make incline changes during a ride. The only fix I've found is to turn it off and on over and over, rebooting it until it auto calibrates properly on boot up on one of the boot cycles. $2k for 23 days of worry free cycling is a bit low in my opinion. Unfortunately it didn't break down during my 15 day return period. I would have returned it and rebought it again since its an excellent bike. (Minus the one BIG issue)

I bought this back mid December 2021 for our Christmas gift. It arrived a week later, the box was damage due to the weather. It was pretty easy to assemble. The bike was amazing to use and the IFIT membership was excellent and simple to use. However, I'm very disappointed that the seat keep sliding down from where I set it at. I try calling multiple time and had to wait very long each time so I gave up due to work. I manage to talk to a representative after waiting for over 2 hours one day. She was helpful and able to order me a replace part that gives support to seat height adjustment nob. I try to replacing the order part but still the seat slide down from where I set it at. To resolve this, I complete took that part out and just use only the nob and it was able to hold the seat in place. I think basically the screw was too short. Other than this little incident, I have no complaint.

This was a replacement for the Bowflex VeloCore. The NordicTrack has a ton of great outdoor riding videos with real trainers in exotic places, so it's like riding along with a coach. The auto incline even increases resistance, so you really feel it on the hills. One thing I liked about the Bowflex, though, was the video streaming. It would be great to have that on the NordicTrack. Also, NordicTrack doesn't count "manual rides" (go your own pace without an instructor) toward your workouts. How is it not a workout if you don't go with an instructor?

I only had this bike for a few weeks, but personally I love it. I mainly use to bike to add some variety to my weekly workouts while getting cardio in. I haven't done any live classes etc, but mainly have used the scenic series courses, etc. I like them a lot b/c I feel like I get a good work out in, but I'm not drained and don't dread the workout. You actually do feel like you are a riding along with the trainer and the sceneries actually keep your mind off the fact that you are actually working out. I actually find myself enjoying the experience a lot more than I expected and look forward to the days I do have to work out on the bike. Also, the automatic incline and decline features of the bike are awesome....no regrets so far.

The bike itself it awesome. Definitely better built and quality than Peloton. I have tried both. However, the touch screen and iFit app on the Nordictrack is very delayed. Have to unplug bike often to reset in order to load a workout. Also, frustrated with both Nordic and Peloton that you are unable to download other apps, such as, Hulu or Netflix to use while riding. There is a back door way of doing it for Nordic by resetting bike to factory setting and an older update, but is kind of tedious.

It's a workout! First off, my bike had a 1-year subscription to iFit in the box, not 30-days like the ad says, so...Bonus! Regarding its use. It's a great workout tool, but it's expensive - commit to it, buy it, and use it. If you can't commit, don't spend the money. Feature-wise. The auto resistance and incline is great, worth it. The fact you can't pass audio through the headunit into Bluetooth is a disappointment, so be aware of that. Stability-wise, the bike is mostly stable, with a bit of wobble on the handlebars/head unit. I wish that wasn't the case but it's not enough for me to dislike or return the product.

Was so disappointed, because our first NordicTrack Commercial S22i Studio Cycle arrived with a shattered screen, however, Best Buy was great, and had another one sent out ASAP. This cycle was definitely worth the extra few days wait. We really enjoy the workouts through iFIT. There are so many features that I love about the cycle, my favorite being the rotating screen, for workouts off the cycle; and the incline/decline. We are definitely very happy we chose the NordicTrack Commercial S22i Studio Cycle.
