The resistance motor broke in the first two weeks of having the bike. Spent hours and I mean hours attempting to resolve the issue. I now must wait approximately two to four weeks for the replacement. THEN, I have to install it!! Paid an additional 179.00 for a one year extended warranty which, apparently, does not cover someone coming out to install. That, people, is an extra 159.00. Should have spent the extra money on a Peloton.

Nothing but problems. Worked well for a few months. Now never turns on.

I cant rate the bike because I could NOT get it installed. Had to return it.

So excited to get this bike, got it assembled, engineering could be better. Got on to ride the bike will not register speed or distance. Took bike apart checked connections all good. Found out about Reed adjust did that about 20 times no fix, also rebooted the monitor, no fix. Tried to contact IFIT nordictrack still have not heard back, returned bike. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent way too many hours trying fixes for what is obviously a defective and poorly designed system. I would have tried to change out the motherboard or the reed switch, but my emails and calls went unanswered. Check out the problem Facebook page before you buy there are way too many common issues with this bike. Buyer beware.

Not thrilled. Bike blew up when being plugged in. It came unplugged from the machine during a workout. I plugged it back into the machine, and it died.

Easy set up and really easy to use. The screen is large and gives a great picture. The seat takes a bit to get used to. The fan is amazing and the bike provides a great workout for any level.

I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This is a great piece of home equipment! The rides are fun and it's not something that will just sit in your house without being used. There are plenty of challenging workouts available for everybody in your household. The saddle and handlebars are easily adjusted for riders of different heights, and the incline and resistance auto adjust function is awesome.

DONT BUY this from BEST BUY. They have no capabilities to install it or willingness to help. We are stuck with this bike for 7months with no installation. All this after being a TOTAL TECH member.

Works great when it works, has glitches in its operating system. I’ve called Best Buy and it’s not returnable, company won’t refund. Get a gym membership or buy a bike instead.

This bike is killer. The automatic incline and decline, coupled with the resistance adjustments, really makes you feel like you're riding the road. The large touchscreen and fan totally enhances the experience! Assembly was fairly simple, even by myself and I was biking in just over an hour from de-boxing. Great product.

I think the studio workouts are great and I love the auto adjust feature. All I have to do is follow the work out and the bikes is auto adjusted to follow the instructor. Love the elevation feature too! I think this has been a fantastic addition to my home gym and I would highly recommended to anyone. My husband took about 20 minutes to put together and he is not very handy. The bike feels well built and very solid. It is very quiet and between the bike and the instructors, workouts fly by!

After several workouts and knowing my picky self, I have decided I love this bike. The ease and fluid transition between incline and resistance combined with the iFit option is an incredible value. There are hundreds of workouts of all varieties and all hit at various degrees of intensity. Furthermore, they are not all boring bike rides, although sometimes those are nice, but they have studio and boot camp and other workouts too. I look forward to riding this machine! This bike adds a whole new level to making working out at home enjoyable. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This bike has workouts for any skill level and is practically silent. The screen is large and makes for an enjoyable ride while watching the scenery. The fan is also a life saver for when things get intense. The leaderboard is also fun if you want to get competitive. The option to compare how you're doing on courses compared to others really helped keep me motivated to push it until the end.

I've had my S22i Studio Cycle almost a month now and it has been so easy and nice to ride. Makes working out enjoyable. The fan makes it so I can go on longer rides without feeling overheated. I love the tray right under the screen to hold my phone. I really like the option to control my resistance and incline if I need to, even though the automatic adjust during the rides is really nice. The live workout was super motivating. Everything was really well thought out on this one.

It’s been 3 and a half years since I bought this bike and it works perfectly. I had to change the factory pedals and sitting cushion. Apart from that, it has never disappointed.

This bike has so many amazing features! The streaming has been seamless and fast for a clean uninterrupted workout every time. The ability to connect my Bluetooth headphones straight to the bike to keep my workout quiet is awesome since I workout usually while my kids are asleep. The ability to track multiple users is very helpful for my husband and I to track our workouts separately. It's wonderful to have other options besides biking to workout with so that I can mix it up. The crystal clear picture of the touchscreen makes you feel like you really are all over the world. I love that I can create my own maps so that I am able to bike around my nearby lake or train for an upcoming race. The automatic incline/decline feature during workout provides a great change of pace to keep the rides interesting. The bike came well packaged with easy to follow installation instructions. I've been converted! After just having a baby, I wasn’t quite ready to jump back into my normal running routine. I needed something that was less impactful but still packed a punch and would be a great workout that would help me get back into shape. This bike exceeded my expectations! Not only did I get an incredible workout but the software took it to another level to where I almost didn't want it to stop. It was so immersive!
