This treadmill is awesome! The big screen is amazing and so is the track pad! I love walking at an incline on this machine! It comes in a very big box so make sure you have someone there to help you if you’re not getting the delivery and setup service.

Holy Smokes! This thing is a beast and probably the best purchase I have made for myself in years. I use it daily. I highly recommend the ifit membership to explore the world while you walk, run or hike. The 32 inch screen makes it so immersive and the experience legendary. Never had a treadmill this nice and I have used many of them at the gym/home. Buying from Bestbuy not only saved me 1k (total tech membership is worth it) but was extremely faster then NordicTrack website where I originally ordered. I canceled with NordicTrack after they told me it would take 2 or 3 months for delivery, when it was suppose to be a week. AND it was a 1k more from them. Anways, do yourself a favor and get this bad gurl. You will not regret it!!!

Giving it a 3 based on appearance but I haven’t had a chance to use due to the fact it was dirty when it arrived. This thing is massive. They couldn’t put it in my back room bc the box was too large. So they dropped it off in living room. My 5’4 140lb self got it into the back bedroom. I thought I was going to die. Thing is HEAVY!! Unwrapped and stains. Something spilled on it and not sure if it got inside. Some corrosion too. Decals are peeling. Great! Super irritated being how much work I put into getting it in the bedroom. At almost $5k should be in mint condition. I was told to call back today for exchange, pick and and free assembly and now it’s on sale so hopefully the exchange will give me the sale price so we’ll see. Super bummed. I was excited to get started.

Design is elegant, functional and efficient. Superbly engineered for quiet, smooth operation and flexible positive/negative incline. Excellent iFIT integration. Incline and tension are auto-responsive to manually entered road routes with data from Google Maps. Recently upgraded iFIT app includes workout data integration with Apple Health app (finally!). Clean, uncluttered design makes this a suitable addition to living spaces, rather than basement or garage “home gym”.

We love our x32i so far. We ordered and received it within 4 days. The delivery guys brought it into the house, too, which was great. So far we've put 30+ miles onto the machine and love it. The content is engaging and it looks great on the screen. We are very happy with it and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a Peloton alternative (especially because the Peloton doesn't even have a fan!).

I absolutely love this treadmill!! Big and beautiful! I love all the iFIT workouts and the incline on this machine. Pretty happy with it all so far.

My treadmill first began to pause during workouts within the first month. Within the first year my machine completely stop working “Not spinning the drive motor” NordicTrack Customer Service sent the replacement part and claimed the control board stopped working. After replacing the control board the machine remained the same. NordicTrack sent additional replacement parts. I replaced the drive motor abd a harness wire. The machine is still not fixed. It seems that I only paid for a giant tablet to watch a moving track without a workout. The biggest waste of money.

I absolutely love love this treadmill!! The quality is high !! It is worth every penny !!! It is smooth, quiet, and offers tons of choices and options when working with ifit! So glad they came out with this kind of gym equipment.

Well, i tried. This will now be the second X32i. First one out of the box worked for a day or two before the incline motor decided to not go up and only go down after starting a workout. So went ahead and ordered another one. Now just got this one out of the box and set up last night. Decided to try it out today and didnt even go up or down. I did perform both calibrations on each track and would work every once in a blue moon. This second one out of the box didnt incline havent even finished the warmup. Thought hey 1 its probably just a fluke. But two in a row its a common issue. ive attached pictures so everyone can see.

This treadmill is as good as advertised. The cushion is great and I do not feel any pressure to my joints. The incline/decline is very smooth. I thought I won't be using incline more than 15% that we see on most of other treadmills but there are so many hiking videos from iFit that go beyond 30% to reflect real world hiking. Main reason for me to buy was iFit. iFit has something for everybody. It keeps me engaged and motivates me to keep coming back. But, there is big downside with Nordictrack treadmills. They break fast and often (check out online reviews). Mine came with faulty drive roller that manufacture is replacing it. I would strongly advice on getting geek squad protection plan with it. Even with the problems it may come with, I would highly recommend this treadmill. It has a lot to offer.

Great treadmill. Large, and so you don't fill too constrained. Very stable with nice spring cushioning. Beautiful screen. Love the built in fans. I thought the 40 degree incline was going to be overkill, but I often in the mid-20s, which is much greater than the typical 15 degree maximum incline. The iFit outdoor classes are much better than expected. Really enjoying!

As an upgrade to an old treadmill this has been a game changer in comfort. The impact reducing technologies are immediately noticeable. The good -iFit is cooler than I thought it would be and the free trail lasts a year -really long deck makes the experience more natural -very sturdy -very cool looking for a treadmill The bad -seriously bright screen (only a problem for evening runs) -manual mode leaves much to be desired. When iFit trial end this might be more of a pain idk yet. You need to know -you can't play personal media on the screen -if buying for a home: this thing comes on a pallet in basically 2 large pieces... it's not coming through your door so invite over some muscly friends to help you bring in the parts

So far so good. We had to adjust the belt initially to make it run quiet. IFIT is great. There are so many programs/workouts to find. The incline works well with the programs. This is a solid unit. Definitely similar to something in a commercial gym. Hint if you are on the fence about full delivery/install. Have it professionally placed into your home. This is heavy. Unless you have 2 very strong people there is no shot that you will be able to take this off/out of the pallet box and move it. The 3rd party delivery/install that Best Buy used was excellent. They were professional and quick.

So far my wife and I have enjoyed the treadmill specially the trainer experience part of it with the ifit program. We did have the belt stop running one day and had to unplug unit and let it sit for a while to reset and then worked fine after that. I hope this is not a regular issue that we have to deal with constantly.

I really love this treadmill and it has been very helpful with marathon training during a Maine winter. Part of the reason I really like this treadmill are the iFIT workouts that make running on this treadmill more interesting than running on a generic treadmill. There are 2 reasons that I didn't give it 5 stars: (1) I don't like that I'll forever have to pay for iFIT to get some of the features I really like. And (2) the WiFi on this treadmill doesn't seem to work with a Google Mesh because iFIT freezes up randomly in the middle of workouts. I was able to fix the WiFi issue by connecting to an old 2.4GHz spectrum wifi and it hasn't frozen up since. The company wasn't helpful regarding this issue (although I can't believe they don't know about it) and I found out about the Google Mesh problem, which is apparently caused when it switches to the 5GHz band, by searching reddit (every other thing that I ever connected to my Google wifi works fine so it seems like a treadmill design issue).

We've had our NordicTrack Commerical X32i Treadmill for almost a month now and couldn't be happier! The delivery and set-up was a breeze and the daily use of the machine is truly a dream. I was hesitant to make such a huge investment when other, more affordable options are out there - however, the unique features of this model have absolutely made it worth it. I did price match from the manufacturer's website, which saved me about $200 since delivery through BestBuy is free - I definitely recommend taking advantage of this savings if you can!

This is a fantastic machine. With iFit it really encourages you workout. The best thing about it is you follow a particular person in some cool location or trail with commentary which keeps you engaged. The speed and inclination (positive and negative) vary with the particular trail. However you have the ability to make your own changes. I never thought doing treadmill would be so exiting. I have not tried live exercises with iFit yet.

Great treadmill! iFit service not so much. Cancelled iFit after 30 day trial but must have done so not in time. Got charged for another month. Will not use iFit subscription, too expensive. In addition, we had a 1 year free gift card with the deliver but iFit did not honor it. Said it is too old. That makes me wonder how long the treadmill was in storage before we bought it. Regardless, the equipment is excellent we have been using it almost every day. It great that Netflix and some other apps are available.

We Deserve Better I purchased this treadmill (“TM”), and it was delivered on 01/31/22. First if you purchased your TM from BBY you are not getting the most recent version. The model number is the same, but BBY is selling version 0 while NT is selling version 6. Defective Since delivery and assembly, I used the TM 3 times but discontinued as I could not tolerate the loud grating and irritating noise that this 400-pound machine makes. In addition, this machine shakes and feels unsteady. I thought the noise and shaking were assembly issues and contacted BBY. BBY sent a team on 02/08/22 to examine the TM and immediately upon examination and hearing the noise the guys informed me that it was a manufacturing defect, and the TM needs to be replaced. I understand these defects can occur but so far with NT equipment I am zero for two. (When I purchased the S22i which I absolutely love, it took two bikes, numerous chats and hours lost for me to get a bike that works). Now, I am batting zero with the TM. Other Aspects The TM has a large footprint and should be placed in a room with tall ceiling if you intend to utilize the 40 percent incline. Based on your aesthetic, it may look huge and overwhelming. iFit Kudos to iFit! In my opinion, the only good aspect about NT equipment is iFIT. iFIT virtual rides all over the world are very motivating and the instructors are great. I strongly recommend iFit. Delivery and Assembly BBY takes care of its customers, but BBY need to replace the third-party contractor or inform them to do a better job. The TM I was scheduled for delivery and installation between 7:00 and 1:00 and they showed up at 4:00 p.m. This is after a complete no show on a previous order, and then a show on a snow day when they could not complete the delivery due to dangerous conditions and then scheduling a team that cannot disassemble the TM to pick it up. I understand that this is a tight labor market and companies are short staff, but these are basis customer service issues which can be fixed. After using the TM 3 times and after numerous poor services from the third-party contractor I decided not to get a replacement TM at this time.
