***The second unit has been excellent! Getting to this point however was not. Unit one arrived, was set up, and ready to use. It made a repeated squeal upon each revolution of the belt. I tried to adjust the belt tension and checked thr troubleshooting info I could find online to no avail. Trying to get to NT support was not easy so feeling bad about this purchase I called Best Buy and set up a return. I did a lot more online research on this unit and it seems to come down to receiving a "good" one. There are many horror stories about customers that got a "bad" one out to the box. I decided to try again and ordered a second unit. This one has been flawless since day one. With Total Tech you get a two year warranty which makes me feel a lot better about things. This is just my personal experience with this item and I can't speak to anyone elses. If you get a "good" one I feel that you will love this unit. If you have issues from the start I would return or exchange it.

THE most amazing treadmill. We love it.... better than anything you will find at any gym or commercial workout center! Can’t say enough good things about the 5 Geek Squad guys that had to take it apart and put it back together to get it in the house and then they hit it up an running. Fabulous!!

I will say, if you do buy this piece of equipment, make sure that you get the five-year warranty through Best Buy. The machine itself is wonderful, as long as it is working. My first one had major issues three times within a few months. Since I had the warranty, Best Buy ended up replacing the unit with the newer version. my new one has been amazing! I wish I could spend hours a day on it! Thank you Best Buy!!!

This is a great product so far. Giant incline, long wide belt, and a Giant Screen make this unit excellent. No issues so far about 100 miles on it so far in the first month. I'm 6'3" 225 this unit doesn't even notice me.

So I love the product! Works excellent and it’s what I was looking for, but Best Buy did not carry the x22i. That model has been phased out for the newer and bigger 32 inch screen. When I received the product, unfortunately it had a broken screen(not Best Buy’s fault). The connector pin to the screen relay was broken and iFIT customer service was awful. Took multiple calls and 3 parts to get it working right. Took almost 5 weeks and false information from the company to get the product working right. With order time….. 8.5 weeks to get the machine up and running after ordering. But….. free shipping and Best Buy’s amazing return policy!!!!!!!

This a great treadmill. It can incline up to 40 and decline down to -6. Quiet motor. The iFit software has lots of interactive programming, it’s free family subscription for the first year.

I had an old Nordictrack treadmill that I had for 18 years. It was time for an upgrade. I looked at several brands/models, and this one seemed to be the best. Once I got it delivered and have been able to run on it for a couple of months, it is the best decision I could have made. The treadmill runs so much quieter than my old one. The cushion on the running track definitely helps the knees and feet to reduce stress. The iFIT screen is nice, but it is very large. It works well with the iFIT app and allows you to have a nice interaction when running with the trails. You will not be disappointed with this treadmill!

I purchased the NordicTrack X32i in December 2022. I was reluctant based on some of the not so great reviews. I’m glad I took a chance and purchased it. My previous treadmill was a NordicTrack model and it lasted 20 years. The belt eventually began to fail so I decided I would upgrade to this treadmill. I researched Bowflex and Peloton treadmills and there is really no comparison. The Bowflex treadmill was a few hundred less and the Peloton, I believe, is a few hundred more than the X32i. I didn’t like the look/features of either of those treadmills and they do not have the options like: the 32 inch screen; 40% incline; 6% decline (yes decline); extremely soft walking surface [it’s very easy on yours knees]. It’s awesome and IFit is amazing as well. Following IFit engages me so I walk longer and the time goes by so fast. Also, I saved $1,500 with BestBuy TotalTech over the NordicTrack website price. TotalTech offered free, fast delivery and free installation. The tech consultants were excellent and assembled the treadmill within an hour. I can’t say enough about my experience with this product and with BestBuy. It is a very large machine that doesn’t fold so make sure you have adequate space in your home for it. Also, folks have complained about the bottle holders being difficult to access because they are behind the large screen. I must agree that is true. However, I recommend purchasing a bottle holder that will clamp to the side rails of the treadmill. I’m sure they are fairly cheap. I’m excited and have been using the treadmill almost every day!!!

Great treadmill. Super easy to use. Set up is a breeze just make sure you have a couple of friends to help you with it.

This is really the total package. It’s big - but that’s expected given the sled handles and the giant screen. For someone who wants to get or stay in shape this is worth the investment. The delivery guys at Best Buy were great as well. The big screen really keeps you motivated. Recommended to everyone.

Great threadmill. Does have minor issues with internet connectivity but overall its a great product. Really big screen that gives you the feel of actually being at the location you are running at. Trainers are very motivating and I look forward to working out on a regular basis.

Best Buy delivery was amazing. The product set up easy. Set it up Christmas Eve. Doesn’t work. 2 hours on phone support. Tech came to the house to replace motor. Nope. Tech ordered a new motherboard. Nope. Tech orders new wiring. Still hasn’t come. 4 thousand dollar paperweight. Junk, junk, junk.

Ordered Sep'21; installed in Nov'21. Installation, and the 5 year geek squad protection plan were purchased too. Mat and belts replaced twice under warranty by Nordic Track (between 2021-2022). Today (Sep'23), the machine started to wobble, and the motor stopped running. Unplugged the machine, and plugged back after few minutes. The motor makes a strange noise, and hesitates to run. Called geek squad >> Explained the issue >> Being told that the geek squad doesn't have the skills/knowledge to repair the issue >> Being offered an exchange with free haul-away and installation>> Great, but the product is not available locally. So, it's now an e-store credit for the original price (same model is now costlier by $1k), and the geek squad protection plan will not be carried over to the replacement product either (new 5 year geek squad protection plan is $200 more than what I paid originally) >> So in all, being forced to shell out approx. $2k more just to continue my fitness experience. I just wanted the BEST (product, protection plan) so I get to focus on my fitness for 5 years straight without any worries. But, I was proved wrong on the BEST by Best Buy. Why sell a protection plan when you are not able to upkeep your geek squad in terms of repairs and service? Will be back here with more updates. Still working through this case.

Running on this is a dream. So much give that it feels like you are running on clouds. The 40% incline is a major plus too. The screen is a little big and not really needed. It makes it difficult to grab a water bottle which lies behind the big screen. Other than that, it is worth every dollar spent.

Solid treadmill! Needed one with enough HP for heavier user. Doesnt jolt and feel solid like gym commercial ones. Wish there was more memory and bluetooth to headphones but that doesnt take away from the belt and motor. There were a few bolts for the handle parts that was a PITA to install and one that would not catch at all. Also after walking on it or running, be prepared to get shocked everytime you touch the sides or screen. Builds up a lot of static electricity.

This is one of the best fitness equipment items we have ever purchased. The combination of this incline trainer and IFit is truly a match made in Heaven. We look forward to our guided hikes to various training sessions on the incline trainer with our IFit guides each and every day. Definitely a great investment for our family and I would highly recommend to any other family as well. Up to 5 family members can log into the IFit account that comes with the equipment.

Using this treadmill with iFit has been an amazing, enjoyable experience. The treadmill is a tad noisy but has so many cool features. I did get the iFit membership because I love doing the various instructors' lessons and seeing the treadmill adjust all along the way automatically!

Nice treadmill and the extra incline is great. Wish the display or streaming quality was more consistent.
