Best Buy delivery was amazing. The product set up easy. Set it up Christmas Eve. Doesn’t work. 2 hours on phone support. Tech came to the house to replace motor. Nope. Tech ordered a new motherboard. Nope. Tech orders new wiring. Still hasn’t come. 4 thousand dollar paperweight. Junk, junk, junk.

I am so far ok with the purchase. I am still leery of the longevity of this machine because of all the awful online reviews on Reddit, Youtube, etc. I have already had the incline fail and had to recalibrate and I have not even owned this device for 45 days yet. Also the touch screen is awfully slow for a product manufactured in 2021. I also own a Peloton bike and the touchscreen on that thing is almost instant. On this machine I literally wait for more than 30 seconds for each screen to even get started walking. I also hate that you have to go through Ifit to even manually start the machine. The screen has frozen so many times when I am done with a workout and press "finish" to see my stats and that I just end up physically turning the power switch off. As long as I can work out as intended, I am ok-but I am not sure about the long term use of this incredibly expensive treadmill. Not to mention Nordictrack has sent me additional warranty offers that are also very expensive at least three times in the mail already. Definitely makes me raise an eyebrow on the machine's longevity.

This is a commercial treadmill that is built to last. Very quiet and great for people with knee problems. I've had knee surgery and running on the nordictrak i feel great after every run. The machine absorbs the pounding and makes you feel like you are running on clouds.

Great quality, amazing product! No need to go to they gym when you have this!

I am really impressed with this treadmill. I have had it less than a month but I have been working out on it more days than none. I have the ifit membership and it adds to the experience. I got the 40% incline with the intentions to one day be able to climb that mountain!

My husband and I love our NordicTrack X32i commercial treadmill. It's top of the line and I would highly recommend it. It was well worth the purchase and we got a great deal on it from Best Buy.

Once ordered the machine was delivered pretty fast. I've had it for about a month and love it. The large screen is amazing. The deck flexes so easier on the knees. Incline range is more than enough. There's plenty of iFit classes to choose. This is an all around great machine.

Well worth the purchase. Make sure you get the in-home install. Makes things a lot easier in terms of setup. Also before you buy measure your doorways and the place you want to place it. It is a big machine and needs plenty of space.

Great Treadmill. Very well made. Has the feel of a professional gym treadmill. The large screen helps take your mind off your workout.

I am really enjoying the NordicTrak Commercial X32i Treadmill. great features like bluetooth to connect my music, built in fan, and the mapping capabilities to plot a run are amazing! Lots of great workouts provided with iFit too! Good investment!!!

Best treadmill Ever!!! If you’re debating whether it’s worth the money, it is. I didn’t think I’d use 40% incline, but the classes do use it. Love it!

A great product at a much better price.. Love my treadmill! Especially the screen on this is so large, you feel so immersive and enjoy the view.

I love this treadmill - the amount of incline and decline is wonderful - I'm totally an advocate of IFIT workouts and use this every day. And it has gotten my daughter to start using it also.

I bought this from Best Buy. It's really heavy but the delivery guys did a good job. They unpack it and set it to the location where I wanted it. It's been over a year now since I bought it and I've been using it daily and haven't encountered any problem, I recommend this trendy mail, especially to people who are over 200 pounds, it can handle it with no problem

I want it to be higher rating. The idea of this is pretty great. However the streaming is so very gltchy. I have 900mbs internet and located near router, and am confident my network is not the issue. I am on my second unit and it is also having issues. The unit itself is pretty good to run on, but ive had to calibrate the incline several times (both units). Also, I have the Nordictrack 5100R for something like 20yrs. I never had issues with it, and still it runs quieter than the x32i (surprising since x32i is rated as such a quiet machine).

I love the NordicTrack incline treadmill. The machine has worked very well, the iFit classes are varied and provide excellent workouts. The incline is an additional benefit.

Love this treadmill, the big screen is great. Works great. The only complaint I have with it is the cup holder placement but definitely not a deal breaker.

This treadmill is must. It's great on your joints. The virtual training is awesome. Just what I needed during Covid to help me stay motivated.

Treadmill is beautiful and my wife absolutely loves it. Definitely took 2 people to get it out of the box and put it together. If you don't have access to high speed internet you might be disappointed. We can only connect to mobile hotspot and the videos on the screen are buffering constantly. I thought there was supposed to be some pre-loaded workouts on there that you can use without needing internet but have been unable to find them. The treadmill can be used in a manual mode without internet but it really negates the purpose of the beautifully massive screen.
