I am in love with my new x32i Treadmill. The iFit trainers are so energetic and keep you engaged! The treadmill is a great addition to my home gym!

This treadmill is awesome!!! I go on hikes all around the world!! The screen is great on this, really big but I like it and so glad it’s touch screen.

Great machine - 2 people using it over the past 90 days 3-4 times a week Circuit board already broken Nordic track has a backorder on this part 3-4 weeks out and no tech will install due to COVID-- so we have a non-working machine with no ETA. I am asking for a full refund as part of Warranty not sure what is next. Might want to just run outside

This the top of the line Nordic Track. It has all the bells and whistles as other reviewers have mentioned - especially the 32" screen and 40% incline. It is very heavy and I needed a couple of strong guys to deliver it to the 2nd floor of my workout room. Once it's set up, you'll love working out on it.

This is a great family purchase. It is interactive and adaptive to all levels of exercise. I have to say that the first one we purchased broke within the first 30 days but Best Buys customer service was excellent and replaced it with a new one. I hope that was a fluke and not a trend as we purchased NordicTrack due to it's excellent reputation.

Had it for a month and it has already broken. Waiting for a replacement. Belt just stops working in the middle of my exercise program.

The NordicTrack - Commercial X32i was a great purchase. Easy on the knees and very sturdy. Needs at least 2 people to put together.

Buyer beware!! Same issue twice now in almost 5 months!! Nordictrack simply does not care! They just want to have the customer wait weeks for a part and several more weeks for a repair tech!! Don’t waste your money! When it worked I LOVED it.

We got this during covid and to avoid the summer heat in TX. So far its been great! The whole family uses it and the ifit videos have been fun to follow.

Works the quads out soo great. Per exercise burn more calories the having on manual

Machine not reliable. broke down Norditrack took 30 days to repair Poor cosmetic appearance, company will not help with peeling stickers. Bestbuy will not stand behind purchase either. Stick to Peloton

If it breaks good luck getting parts. The frame cracked after about 6 months with regular use. I’ve been a waiting over a month and getting nothing but the runaround from this company. Nobody has a clue to what’s going on.

This is labeled as commercial grade. It is not built well. The touch screen has been replaced twice. Machine is extremely dangerous as it changes speed on its own.

I can't even begin to tell you how awesome this thing is. I bought it Initially to help me prep for a trek thru the Andes in early spring. I'm a seasonal hiker/backpacker, and don't normally exercise at all in the winter. This has changed that pretty quickly. Pros: Huge immersive screen. Well worth the extra money I think because I actually feel like I'm hiking in the Alps or running on the beach. iFit - it takes you all sorts of cool places and has a variety of workouts for people with different goals and abilities. Super educational about the history of some places as well as sports science. I find myself missing it on my rest days. Most low impact running possible - It has give in all the best ways. I'm always a little thrown when I hop off and find the ground unreasonably solid. Its easy on the joints. Incline - the muscles I need to climb get the love they need too. Solid - if this thing doesn't last longer than I do i'll be suprised. Easy installation, there is a cool 3D app that guides you thru how to assemble it. Cons: cup holder is a little inconvenient as others have said. Its not that big of a deal though. doesn't fold up - this thing is big and solid, and wont move or pack up easily. Best to have a dedicated space for it. Was backordered due to covid so there was a waiting period before I got it.
