I unfortunately had to rate this a one star (I would have selected zero if it was an option). The device did not pair to the machine so I couldn't track the customized workouts. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan and when I called to get help with the issue they advised I had to call NordicTrack to get assistance with the pairing issue. I have returned the machine.

Bought this as an alternative to going to the gym during quarantine....and wish I had done it years ago. Having this at home has made working out easier and the variable workouts through iFit are great!!

Excellent machine for what I need. My wife and I are both trying to condition a little better and this machine is exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking to bulk up and do heavy weight training, this probably won’t suit your needs. This is all resistance high interval training that works on cardio and lean muscle mass. I’ve had no issues with the app or included tablet that other users have had. Footprint is small so it fits really well in our basement workout area. Great piece of equipment from NordicTrack!

Good value for the money. The equipmentbitself is very good. Strong and sturdy with significant resistance. Cons: There is no weight relationship to the resistance (50lb) just 1-20. Also the app is a little slow

Was expecting just a little more of a push but it was a little weak. My grandparents enjoy it but unfortunately I need something stronger. Alternatively I did find it useful in other purposes so I won’t completely bash. It’s a great bundle!

I am a beginner and this machine is very easy to use.it is worth the money.

DO NOT BUY! This product has a defect an Nordic Track does not have a fix yet. It goes into a buffering loop every 5-20 seconds making the video classes unusable. After hours waiting the 2nd Nordic Track tech I spoke to was honest (eventually) and admired they are not even sure if the problem is the proprietary CST app, the proprietary tablet software or the tablet hardware or a mix of them. He also admitted this is has been ongoing for at least 45 days...the worst part is this could be a great product the machine itself is well built but selling it like it is borders on a reckless disregard for the truth ...

Fairly easy to set up except it very heavy will need a couple of people. The machine itself is great very easy to use and the straight forward

I love it ! Convenient at home full body workouts!

The tablet that comes with the equipment is meant to sync with the machine so that you use the recorded workouts. The IFit app is horrible, the streaming freezes or disconnects 95% of the time. I spoke with IFit and they sent me a new tablet to see if this fixes the issue. It did not, same issues with workouts freezing or disconnecting. Spoke to a customer representative and he mentioned that this has been an issue for them. That they have had a team working on the software to make it run better. Could not give me an estimation on if and when they would have the issue solved. Have had the machine for a month and have only been able to complete two workouts. This so far has been a 350lb paper weight that does not function like their ads. Plan to return item and look into a Tonal.

Really good machine. The membership was expired but I called Nordictrack and they fixed that.

Love this machine and delivery was great. This is only held together with 10 bolts, so if you're strong enough to lift and move the 150 lb legs, no reason to add the extra service for Best Buy to put it together.

This is the complete in home gym system. It does it all and thoroughly achieves a full body workout.
