    Unable to down load VPN. Contacted BestBuy and was put on hole foe over 1 hour. Just gave up!!!

    The reason it’s not working is because NordVpn dont offer 1 year subscriptions anymore so the purchase is not valid Bestbuy needs to refund our money, stop selling a discontinued digital download, and stop acting as if they dont have a clue whats going on bery disappointing

    I bought a 1 year service as I have only had for 6 months it's now telling me to choose another subscription. I have 6 more months left on my subscription so I don't understand why I need to buy more coverage. Ripoff

    Bought this to use in China, to later find out it doesn’t work at all in China. Don’t get if you are traveling to China. Works great in America. Wish they would of told would be customers that their program does t work at all in China.

    I bought this online and it took them 4 days to send me the code then to activate you have to use a credit card.I will never by download software from bestbuy

    didn't work at all and Geek Squad couldn't install it for me. After 4 phone calls and more than 6 hours work with Geek Squad I didn't get anywhere and finally I bought this product twice with no use so far. I wasted my money and time.
