    Norton - 360 Deluxe (3-Device) with LifeLock Identity Advisor came free with my purchase. I did not use it I have a very good multiple device virus protection already.

      Thanks for the feedback, but the LifeLock portion is industry-leading identity protection, which you don’t get with plain virus software. It provides a whole new level of cyber safety threat protection. Also curious why something you did not use warrants a 2-star review? - DWN Symantec

    Norton seemed to overrun everything on my computer, making it annoying a times. After the first year of the subscription I was automatically charged for another year. I wanted to cancel but it is impossible to get a representative to answer the phone or join the chat - which are the two options to cancel. When I did get someone to speak with me on the chat, I was told that the only way to cancel was through a phone call.

    I'm sure this is probably a good product although I never installed it and never used it because I don't like to use trial things that get my information want to will charge my card and Spam the crap out of me

    As an IT Analyst I really just don’t recommend Norton when there are far better options out there. I also have an intense hatred for anything “free” that auto-renews because it feels incredibly predatory. I didn’t buy the laptop this came with because of the Norton add-on and it’s completely unnecessary in my professional opinion.

    Work as expected, but even for trial you need to add card details and subscribe autopay which seems to be kind of forcing for auto future payments until cancelled.
