    If you are looking for total virus protection it's NOT FREE! Just basic virus protection. Norton gets your info and charges for any type of complete coverage.

    It’s hard to get any value from this product because in order to get the fee service you have to add your personal credit card. This should only be the case after the free service expires!

      Hi - Yes, in order to get the FREE 6 months of security and identity protection value, a credit card is required to activate the license. However, this auto-renewal feature can then be *immediately* turned off, so you actually do get 6 months FREE value for the minor inconvenience of adding and removing a credit card.
