I had to inquire about it, and apparently Bestbuy online orders automatically get all of this "extra" stuff that will automatically charge you if you activate it. I never asked for anything extra, and definitely not if you're going to stiff me with a bill that i don't expect.

Also has a very nice display. At black friday priceof $379, you would have to spend a lot more to get a better laptop.

Posted .Hi Jeremy - Sorry about the confusion. This product was likely the free, attached version that came with one of your Best Buy purchases. It is *not* installed on any computers by default, but only by customer request, so your post doesn't quite make sense - The only way you'd be able to delete it is if you (the customer) requested it be installed in the first place.
