Posted .Hi Cajun - Completely understandable. However to activate the free 6-month license, a renewal payment method is required - there’s no charge at this time.
You can immediately turn off auto-renewal after activation, giving you 6 months free to make sure you like it. - DWN

Posted .Hi Acer101 - You are correct, as Norton happens to own several of the free options, e.g., AVG, Avast, Avira. Those are security/virus products but this is actually security/virus/privacy(VPN)/identity protection(LifeLock) - a much more full-featured cyber safety offering. Hope you'll give it another look.

Would recommend if your interested in security.

Basically surf the net, still some old e-mail and documents in word and Excel. The palm of my hand do not interfere with the mouse area. Would recomend it to any body.
