Had Norton 10 Years But Never Again!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I elected to not use this product because of several reasons: 1) I am satisfied with the Windows Defender existing protections. 2) I have read that the Norton Suite is a RAM hog. 3) Finally, I had a Norton subscription on three systems for about 10 years and to my surprise I did get a virus whereby I contacted Norton via phone. In working with the Norton rep, I gave remote access to the infected computer, whereby the virus was identified and was offered a patch as remedy. Of course, I was happy to hear they had a fix but was amazed when they wanted a rather hefty sum (around 225 dollars) to execute their remedy. So for these reasons I will give No recommendation or consideration for any Norton product!
