    I suppose the real value is hard to tell, because if it does what it is supposed to, you would never know ... I did have to turn off some script blocking for MS documents, because I wasn't able to open Word, Excel and PPT documents I created on another machine and transferred over. So maybe they go a little far, but I am no expert, so they may know what they are doing ...

    Norton 360 does the job for basic protection. Setup took a bit of time and the notifications can be overbearing, but once dialed in, it runs quietly in the background. VPN is a nice bonus, though speeds could be better.
