    NOTE: I BOUGHT THIS RENEWED! This hardware is rock solid for the $1000 I paid for it. The USBC charging is amazing and should be a standard for all laptops. It can also have USBC-DP out and HDMI out. The IO ports on the laptop are shockingly decent for an ASUS let alone a gaming laptop. Contrary to many, I never had any WiFi issues over many hours of wireless storage network file transfers.

    I'll get straight to the point, if you are responsible on the Internet then you do not need this. It's all basic stuff that you can protect yourself from with strong passwords + password manager, not giving out personal information, and not doing illegal stuff on the Internet.The best thing about this, and the only reason it's not a one star, is the VPN, which is good. If you bought a new laptop or desktop then you do not need to take my word for it, they usually come with a free trial. Give it a shot and see if it is worth your money.
