Not saying others won't and can't work, but given the success, to me it's worth the insurance/protection - especially when you can pick it up during a good sale. I don't like that it keeps advertising for up-sale of other other Norton products a few times per week - otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

Let's start with the negatives. **There is a driver issue with the latest AMD drivers. It will result in your laptop failing to wake up from sleep mode. This is cured by simply installing the drivers and NOT the Adrenalin app** As for the laptop oh my goodness, this thing is a beast of a machine. I've been playing Overwatch 2 at over 200fps! Loving everything about this machine. HP have actually achieved something quite unique for them. They have created a laptop that is truly a gaming beast! I picked this laptop up in a sale for $870 (including tax). At that price there is nothing on the market that even comes near to the specs of this machine. Loving this machine!

The system would always inform me of any viruses and ransoms detected. Will always continue with Norton .

The code came through email as soon as we picked up the laptop. Runs in the background on the computer gives us a sense of security. Hope it works well :)
