    This Norton product comes with a PC purchase as a 6 month trial with automatic renewal. This is a great way to try out new antivirus software before purchasing or renewal. So far it has caused conflict with existing antivirus software that I had installed. If you intend to keep using the Norton product, you'll need to uninstall any existing ones first. This does pose a problem should you decide not to renew after the 6 month trial period. The SW was installed after Christmas so not enough time to determine its effectiveness.
