Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought open box all in one computer when I got it in the mail had a problem needed a key code took it in to Best Buy they fixed the key code then I had another problem the internet drivers are missing among more drivers as well had to pay for them to put the internet drivers in never even used it they should of sent it out with no problems somebody did not do there job I would never buy and open box item even it said the top one I do not think I should of had to pay anything or should of had to take 2 trips to Best Buy
