I am pleased with the product ,it seems to make my old computer work faster and I have avoided many viruses and scams while using it. I am not too computer smart so I have had trouble switching my browser use and feel it would be even better if I could switch to chrome vs edge.

The software is very intrusive and it hijacks over most of the stuff including internet browser in the name of "security", in order to turn off all the knobs and settings, you would need to dig around and find it to shut it off - that is the major complain, it is not as easy and 'on-your-face' to access. Cannot make Norton only start when needed and not be bound to PC start ups. Good thing is that it comes with built-in VPN, the VPN speed is not terribly compromised, on my 1Gbps I can get up to 550-600Mbps VPN speed
