    I already had a current subscription from Norton, and when I signed up for this Norton product that was free with the purchase of my computer, it did not add time on my current Norton subscription so it is like not having anything added for free. My subscription renewal date for Norton is the same as it was before adding this supposedly free product. Hopefully at least my computer is protected by my subscription I had anyway.
