    Careful with auto-renewal option

    Good protection, but if you don't want to renew automatically, be aware that the auto-renewal is pre-selected. Make sure you de-select the option before agreeing to install the software. I had to call the 1-800 number because it automatically charged me on my credit card. So, they do store your payment information "without letting you know," maybe is within the terms and agreement that 90% of us skip and agree automatically. (Lesson learned)

    Not so hot

    Just don't use any Norton product anymore. Stopped using them years ago when their Antivirus programs used so much Ram just to stay current and scanning. As for the lifelock portion, already have separate ID protection through one of the Credit Bureau's, as well as what comes with my banking. I don't have a use for it. Didn't bother loading it and deleted all the files to install it as I was setting the new computer up.

    I do not see anything that stands out that makes it special. It is just like any other security software? The monthly subscription is a drag... I prefer one time paid software.

    I'm not even sure that I got this product with my laptop I don't see it and there was nothing in the box nothing with the box and it's frustrating.
