I recommend Bit Defender if the standard Windows protection isn't enough for you.

Once initiated, it will uninstall and remove Norton within a minute

It’s best to be diligent with everything you do online and stay away from bad websites. That’s what worked for me since the late 90s.

Subscription based, better freeware out there

It has not stopped malware and it slows down my computer so much. Not a fan.
