    The system says that it gives something like this, but I did not buy it. They think that they give it when buying a desktop computer. The system is so bad that they do not know what it gives or does not give.. Best buy is a regret, do not shop.

    Guess its good for virus protection but they try to nickel and dime with adding different features. That I feel should all be included. I got a free subscription so im using it but i wouodnt pay for it.

    Best Buy took my money then cancelled my order. Now they asking me to review the product I purchased and this is not even what I was trying to buy. They are the most incompetent retailers ever.

    Massive cash grab software. Pay for the subscription then you find out there’s another level of protection to pay for. To get the full sweet I’ll end up paying over $300 for the subscription

    No way to a avoid the auto renew nor set up the account with out it. Haven’t really gotten the account to work because spent most of the time trying to get the auto-renew stuff situated because i dont like to automatically renew any programs.

    Easily hacked, support isnt as it seems to be. A lot of the apps start delaying after downloading software.

    Crashed games

    This came with my MSI Crosshair 16” and it would crash all my games. Could even open helldivers 2 or Destiny. Once I deleted it and wiped it from my computer everything worked fine.

    Is worse then getting spam. Every time I turn around I get a pop up asking for money. Also put it on a brand new computer that had one virus and it could not remove the virus. Will not purchase

    doesn't have much options for the vpn. the antivirus is somewhat good but honestly we don't need it. Windows defender is enough.

    It's alright. I wouldn't buy it since windows defender is more than enough, and they keep pushing you to buy more and more. Had it on my pc for like a week and got rid of it because it's just unnecessary.
