In fact, we back our product with a Virus Protection Promise that guarantees to remove all problems like this or your money back - did you use our free support to assist you? You weren’t truly using the product to it’s full potential if not. Again, sorry for your troubles you experienced but they certainly weren’t caused by Norton, and to state such a thing I’d agree with you - that’s a “Poor” review.

Bogs computers down
