    We needed more help than we got in setting up the new computer. I felt like we were turned loose to figure things out on our own instead of being guided at the store. And we didn't know that we didn't need to buy Norton 360. We already had it.

    I use this because I got it with my company. The antivirus is great, the VPN needs work. It’s blocked by most sites and games won’t run if I have it on. Plus I have no idea how much it actually costs.
