    What I didn't like is that they would give a list of the problems they found on my new computer. But they always wanted me to buy extra plans to fix it. They never said if they had fixed anything with what I had. I called and asked why I needed more plans every week. He said that it would still work without it, but i could have more problems later. Every time I turned on my computer their list would pop up and tell me to buy more. I decided to not renew my plan. They still would pop up everytime I turn on my computer. I think that they just want me to keep buying more plans.

      Hi Adin - Thanks for your review but it’s slightly concerning: The Norton protection you have will repair any problem it finds *without* anything else needed, so I wonder if the product was installed correctly (or even our authentic product??). PLEASE reach out to our support at support.norton.com and have a CSR confirm the product installation. Unfortunately, we have customers that have been duped over the internet to install fake/scam versions of Norton, and your experience seems to mirror theirs?
