Insted of removing the virus it planted the virus. My computer crashed and never rocovered. I tried to use it and it got worse. Now it is Junk and had to be disposed off! Before it disposing it off, If Norton wants tolook at it!

It said it works on windows!

I am using a Dell laptop running windows 11! Waste of money. Hoping I can get my money back!

Posted .Hi - Sorry for your trouble. Norton 360 absolutely works with Windows 11 (or we'd have millions of complaints ;). It could be that another security product is installed and needs to be removed first (normally can't have two running at the same time). It might be related to either Windows 11 in S Mode, or Windows on ARM, but both should work properly when installed through the Norton.com portal.
