    I was very happy and comfortable with the Best Buy employee who explained everything about Norton and LifeLock to me. This is the first time I bought a Norton. I have been using different brands for a long time. Best Buy has the best employees.

    I bought Norton because it was listed as the better security product on review sites. But after having it on the computer now, there are multitude pop ups from Norton trying to upsell additional security products. Looking over customer reviews that is the common complaint. Most of them say to stay with Windows Defender.
