Not worth it

When you use it, it always sends an ad for another product that you need to purchase to complete what you thought this product did. Removed it and went back to old virus protection. My computer works better.

I didn't pay for Step 1, 2, 3 and so on... I paid for Protection! The card should instantaneously got into effect when installed, not give you the run-around creating password, username, nicknames etc...etc... Lord! If I knew ALL of that would have been involved, the retailer could have keep this card.

It works for the purpose I bought it for however, It has way too many pop-up windows and is very difficult to understand. I have liked and used Norton in the past. But this version is not what I expected. I was looking for something simple to use for my security.

The activation key does require an agreement to activate a subscription, which is required to use the product. However, once you've created your Norton account and activated your key, you can easily manage your subscription settings — including turning off auto-renew — directly from your account dashboard at my.norton.com.
