Norton 360 Deluxe is a well known brand of anti-virus that you can trust and have high confidence it will keep you clean of data stealing software and bugs on your system. Norton has always been a top used product in my house, but, the past few years I tried others. I wanted to go back to Norton to see if they improved on the web browsing experience and I can say one thing, that experience is still in need of work. With the 3 device allowance, I was able to add Norton to my main computers and keep my free brand on my kids laptops for school as I have them blocked anyways from all but 10 school allowed websites. The download and setup is super easy and takes about 20 minutes total to be up and running letting the first scan do its thing. I also setup Life Lock at the same time to take less total setup time so I could get back to my normal daily life with 4 daughters. The Norton 360 Deluxe guards your computer from Viruses, Malware, Spyware, and had built in Ransomware built in as well. The virus protection is what you would expect in todays age, the main focus anymore is Malware and Spyware, just waiting for your Credit Card info to be typed in. This is where the VPN comes in as well. I will say the VPN is a great add on and more people should use them. The VPN works fine for normal everyday use but when gaming, I had to shut it off, my ping doubled and it starting making my FPS drop from 180 frames to less than 75 on average. There are a ton of features which I will add below but I can say one thing is the web browser add on is too intrusive. It was the same in the past and I do not like it one bit. I work for a Fortune 500 company and Norton will not allow me to log in to my work portal so I can work from home, have to shut it off. Also, normal everyday websites are blocked constantly and I have to mark them safe just to browse. I have tried many settings and there is nothing to stop Norton from shutting down your work or progress. Norton 360 Features and Pros: Anti-Spyware Antivirus Malware Ransomware Protection Threat Protection Online Password Manager - Better than Google all day long! Smart Firewall - works too good stopping good activity to make sure that is what you want to do Cloud Backup Parental Control - perfect for when my girls need to use the big computers Online Privacy using a VPN and Privacy Monitor Dark Web Monitoring Cons: Browser Protection too strong VPN is not fast enough for online gaming LifeLock is marketed as an Identity Advisor, it advises too much, getting texts non stop of purchases including stopping some if I buy 2 things too close together. I did find you can adjust the notifications lower but still texts me more than I need, I am probably missing something obvious but I can honestly say, I have not had time to call their support and try to fix it so it is better and easier to use. LifeLock does include some great features though, credit monitoring is nice to have along with the included Stolen Wallet protection and SSN alerts, that is nice as my SSN was stolen and used 3 years ago. The total package of the Norton 360 with LifeLock is a solid 8 out of 10, just needs to be a little easier for the LifeLock setup and it would be a 9 out of 10, fix the browsing a tad to allow more common sites easier and it is a 10 out of 10 easily.

Always have used Norton. Norton has never let me down.

Worse than having malware installed on my computer. The constant pop-ups and mandatory renewal in order to install should be enough to steer clear of this, but their VPN sucks too. I'm really not okay with paying for malware. You suck Norton.

Returning. After you download to your computer, Norton starts trying to sell you additional items at, of course, additional charges. Also, I bought on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee.

A little difficult to install, but I think it was a freebie so I can't complain

The Cloud Storage feature of this product is unspported on all Mac/iOS devices. I called Norton to figure it out, and they confimed their Cloud Backup/Storage is not available on all Apple devices. Total bummer, as that is one of the main features I was looking forward to. Norton wouldn't provide me with any sort compensation for the false advertersiment either, they blamed the issue all on Best Buy. Let's see what Best Buy does now about this misleading product.

Do not purchase Norton 360 from Best Buy. I was given a previously used key code, and when I called for support, I was asked to send a screenshot of the issue. The representative informed me that it would take up to 48 hours for a response. Additionally, all customer service agents were overseas, and I had difficulty understanding them.

Good value when bought with a computer since it's only about $30 and comes with a vpn for the year.

Too many pop ups. Returned it. It is not a good program and caused many issues with a new computer. I would never buy again.

I've always trusted the names Norton and Lifelock and the Norton 360 Deluxe with Lifelock Identity Advisor didn't disappoint. I installed it on my laptop and it was quick, simple, and painless. It had easy instructions to follow and no difficult questions to answer - simply enter your key code and the software does the rest. A short scan showed me a security/password breach from an App I'd only used once when parking my car so I was certainly glad the software easily identified it. The home screen is definitely user-friendly and all of the functions are easily identified. The software has the ability to scan the internet for your email addresses and phone numbers to help with protection. It also has the ability to monitor credit card numbers but I'm not sure I'm ready to provide that information to them just yet. The real-time security monitoring gives you the piece of mind that your information is protected. You can also set it up to operate through a secure VPN to allow safe and anonymous internet browsing/banking, etc. Automatic cloud-backup insures your information can be retrieved if ever lost and there are features to keep your PC camera safe, as well a parental control option. The Lifelock Identity functions include Dark-web monitoring and identity restoration specialists. Not only does it search the dark web but provides real people to assist you in the event of a data breach. The software allows for the use on 3 devices and protects the identity of one user. It would be nice if it offered protection for two adults (husband/wife) for the same cost, or at a reduced price. If this is an option, I am not aware of it. I also tried installing this on a Chrome Book as a second device but it did not "recognize the operating system". This is probably "operator error" so if you're planning on this for a Chromebook, do a little investigating first. I think the best evidence that a product like this works is that it runs quietly in the background, doesn't take up too much disk space, and pops up every now and then to remind you that it's doing its job. Kudos to Norton and Lifelock for a product that does just that.

Never recieved email to download. Pur hased with new laptop and Microsoft 365. Recieved download email for microsoft 365. No download email for Norton.
