It's a little early to give a fair rating. I have only had the Norton 360 Deluxe for about a month. I used Norton many years ago and got a virus on my computer. Norton did not block and could not remove it. Had to do a clean reinstall. For over ten years I was a AT&T costumer. They provided McAfee for free. never had a problem. Now that I live in a complex that uses Spectrum for internet/tv under a bulk account. Spectrum does not provide free internet security. So I'm back to buying my own. Best Buy had a good deal on it at under $20.00 for a one year subscription(3 computers) that also include a year of LifeLock . Did not like that to activate it I had to agree to auto-renewal at about $120.00 per-year. I do understand I can opp out when its about time to renew .

When I first brought this product at a special deal to replace my old anti-virus, I saw how the setup can be...annoying, but after that, I was able to browse on the net and keep my private information safe at all times, and with its 3 devices protection plan, it keeps my laptop and phone safe anytime I'm online no matter what. Thanks to Norton, I'll be able to feel secure with the 1 year subscription plan that includes VPN.

I purchased this software only because of the price after Black Friday discount. I've used McAfee security software for years & have always been 100% happy, & i have to say that I'm very highly impressed with Norton software once I installed it on my newhp OmniBook laptop. Easy to install & set up. This software provides the highest Top Notch quality internet security software I've purchased & provides 100% of the security options there are & a person wants & needs. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for all the security options this product provides.

I got the newest MacBook Air and wanted to have some protection on it. I can’t say long term if this does the job, but I find one aspect very annoying. When you add the search bar to your chrome or safari, you do not get the same type of search as if it’s just google. Maybe that is it protecting you, but I find I very often need to open a specific google page on its own, just to find what I’m searching for - things I know are safe, like stores or grad school searches. This alone makes it not very user friendly. I do feel it is secure with my passwords and information, it’s hard to get into. Almost to the point I would be concerned locking myself out and never getting back in. I can’t really comment on what it’s protected or done so far, or is going to protect, though.

I just installed this software recently, and I'm pleased with it so far (no issues, but I don't want to rate it a "5" until I have worked with it longer). I chose it because it offers both Norton 360 and Lifelock. I also find Norton to be more user friendly than Bitdefender, which I was using previously.

I received very courteous services from the Best Buy Technical Support services member. He was very knowledgeable about the quality type of protection from online viruses & hackers . He installed the Norton Antiviral software in both my android phone & apple tablet. The Technical support team always answer my questions in a polite & diligent manner. I fee comfortable in bringing all my Technical support issues to Best Buy as well as purchasing items like tablets & computers

early - active protection good...good detail +follow up... real time security with constant data analysis and reporting. ... virus, VPN, cloud backup, malware etc. So far, only criticism is to many pop ups and asking for constant scans. Best Buy techs say that Malwarebytes customer service is terrible. True !! terrible. True !!

I really love the vpn and the lifelock section that cone with this. Lifelock allows you to monitor your information being in the black web and the vpn protects your ip address .
