Amazing Security Content Definitely helps protect my laptop.

The download process was easy. Took about 20 minutes to complete. With My Norton, comes with lifelock and tons of features. It has device security, software updater, the lifelock identity advisor, secure VPN, cloud backup, password manager, parental controls and you can add these to 3 devices. Also available in the norton suite, or dashboard, for additional cost is to block trackers online, but I won't be covering that. After install, I had a BSOD, but upon restart things seem to be running smoothly, however the timing does make me very nervous. I've waited a bit prior to running my first scans. Scans did run successfully. I like that it also checked the network security. Also Identity advisor had a few alerts. I was able to see and work through those. The secure VPN is a nice feature for when using networks that aren't secure such as coffee houses and such. The cloud backup is 25GB. This is a nice bonus of space and cool of Norton to include this into this suite. Files can be backed up and restored in sets. Password manager isn't something I've yet taken advantage of. I do use something and not ready to replace. I also didn't need the parental controls as the laptop used by my child is provided by her school and has filters already in place. Software is effecient and does well to protect my devices.

Bought this becaise i had a virus on my phone and it did not detect the virus. Good thing i got a super awesome deal would never spend $80 + on it and WILL NOT renew.

This app makes you pay to fear monger your pc. It harvests data and generalizes information to scare you into buying upgrades. 100/1 would never recommend, not even to hitler.

It serves its purpose of protecting my new computer.

Did not get the 360 delux download that i paid for only the 360. Also after i had norton downloade it my computer wont work. I have windows 10.

Unable to install it on my phone. Norton website keeps asking for long time account. That is not practical.

After I purchased it, I was advised that they tend to slow down laptops that the new windows 11 has sufficient virus ware. Hoping to get a refund

When they offer it at the store its 25 bucks, when you activate it at home they indicate its 108 or 118 usd a year, you have to give a credit card and agree to the renewal plan, or it won't work. You might be better served with a different product if cost is an issue.

I purchased this card but there were already security on the computer and I wasn’t able to return it to the store and there wasn’t anyone willing to assist me with resolving the issue, now I have the card and unable to get a refund or return it to the store, Beware before purchasing security for a laptop you purchase at BestBuy. It’s sad!

Norton is not working at all. also I received a bill for $350 to upgrade. I have not be able to instal it. I do not recomen this product

I was unable to set this up since I will not tie a credit/debit card so it can be automatically be updated yearly.

Have tried downloading and am having problems. I am following the directions and it is trying to get me to pay again so not too happy with it

Didn’t Work… I Contacted Norton And Explain To Then That It Wasn’t Working And To Cancel That Subscription… So They Did Cancelled.. But Unfortunately They Didn’t And Couldn’t Refund My $55.99 Back From You All. I Purchased It February 4, 2024 From You All . I Used My Best Buy Credit Card..

The antivirus software works but don’t expect any kind of service from customer support because it sucks. You end up somewhere in India and evidently their computer system doesn’t work well because it doesn’t update correctly and you end up locked out of your account. Buy another brand of antivirus.

This has every type of computer protetion you’ll need, i like how they update and keep you informed abou risk or suspious activety, i would definitely recommed as it has served me completely.

Norton 360 Deluxe 3 devices with Lifelock Identity Advisor is actually two products. Norton 360 is the standard program that is provided for antivirus protection. Lifelock Identity Advisor is a great internet security product. Identity Advisor is actually a service to help protect your identity on the internet and also to help you if your identity gets stolen. Norton 360 has been my preferred antivirus program for many years because I have found that in a real live operating system environment, Norton 360 does not slow down my computers perceptibly. There are many claims about various anti-virus programs bogging down your computer performance, and many of Norton’s competitors do indeed slow things down for me. My tip of the cap to Norton for not harming computer performance. It is important to note that Norton does more than antivirus protection scanning. Norton 360 also provides a Safecam function, Data Backup, Performance tuning, Dark Web Monitoring and some optional tools like a Password Manager. You can also enable Secure VPN and Cloud backup storage. So it is a rather complete package for taking care of your computer security. I have also found that Norton does a great job in handling and tracking your licenses when you have several computers using the same Norton subscription. You can easily see all your individual computer licenses. This is important so that from time to time, you can delete a computer license that you don’t need. Also Norton makes it very easy to add protection with an interface that offers you the ability to send an email that can be used to very simply install your Norton on another computer if you have a multi-license subscription. Since I have 10 computers I can easily control things with Norton Antivirus dashboards. Norton does offer an array of combinations of Norton antivirus with Lifelock protection. The product that I have includes both the ‘normal’ antivirus and the Lifelock Identity Advisor. I did see from my ‘My Norton’ tab that I could click on Identity Advisor to view alerts. This took me to a sign in for Norton where I could add information that would be monitored and generate alerts. Information like, phone number, address, email(s), driver license, bank accounts and credit cards etc. I don’t think this is cause for concern since Norton I feel can be trusted to maintain your information with the strictest security controls. Also you may realize that your credit score is calculated using all your information (for example by Experian). So adding protection from Lifelock is very smart as your information is already in various places on the internet. You can select degrees of coverage and Lifelock has the options spelled out on their web page. I found that they have a monthly cost and coverage that fits any budget. Norton Lifelock does provide an agent via phone number to help you subscribe. I do recommend this package of Norton Antivirus with Lifelock which gives you a continually updated and speedy antivirus, backup, password protection, performance tuning and now also Identity Protection. A very nice package indeed.
