I was having issues with scammers at McAfee. I was searching for a new amti virus. With norton, i could actually talk to a person and not someone directing me to an indian company pretending to be McAfee.

It get's the job done but is bloaty in functionality

I like the Norton product, but had difficulty getting it installed because my BestBuy receipt did not not include my purchase code nor did the confirmation email I received from BestBuy. After an hour of phonecalls with GeekSquad and BB tech support, they eventually provided me with a code and then the install went quickly for first device.

Seems to run in background without slowing down my laptop. Downside- a lot of questions and steps as well as they have a lot of upselling.

Like the protection but like the entrapment after the year service should have to give my credit card for them to take more money out after the expiration.

I so wish AVG free was still in existence… Norton is definitely better than McAfee but so many pop-up windows always trying to sell me something just annoying. But it’s also a necessity.

Just what I needed in terms of an antivirus but I found that it was misleading in terms of the Identity Advisor. Yes, it shows you if your information is on the Dark Web but for them to actually help you clear it, it's an additional add on for another $100. If I would've known this I would've stuck with basic Norton Antivirus.

Immediate help with security . Very satisfying. I we ours recommend to others for sure .

Kice price for this antivirus, works really good , includes a vpn server, does jot work for streaming, but its jice to have it

I like using norton for its VPN. It is easy to use and lets you select the country or region you would like to appear from.

I was looking for a "Best Buy" in virus monitoring, the attendant was very helpful, friendly and found a very good promotion with Norton/LifeLock.

I have always heard that Norton anti-virus was the best! I am always getting notices on my iPhone that viruses are “taking over my iPhone”. Imagine my surprise when I found out that Apple iPhones, iPads and computers don’t get viruses!!!!!Cant believe it! Someone that does not use Apple will be gifted with my Norton. It covers 3 items and I got a great bargain on it. Only twenty something?

A product that I purchase every year . The price was lowest found everywhere. Using Awards Money by using the Best Buy made the price unbelievable!! Immediate Delivery!

Norton tries to upsell you on other products it has like vpn and and anti-trackers. You think you are buying a product that includes “everything aka 360” but what you are really doing is giving them an opportunity to sell you more products. Then they make auto-subscribe with your credit card, so if you forget to cancel in time you pay for premium prices. (Thats how they get you 2.0). You can probably look online for the same deals as this one and maybe find something cheaper as well. There are other AV’s out there as well. This one is not bad which is why I’m giving three stars. Im marking off two for the misleading total package description and the wild automatic annual subscription setting.

Norton was easy to purchase and apply to our new computer. The Best Buy employee who helped with purchasing Norton was very informative. She answered questions that I had that could not be answered online. I love having a Best Buy so close to home and go there for all my electronic needs.
