    Had difficulty with the down load part as my computer wanted a disk. Otherwise Norton didn't honor the full protection and keeps wanting to double charge me.

    Was lured to Norton by the introductory price and the salesperson "estimate" that the yearly price would be "around $35" annually. Turns out it is over $120. Also there are regular pop ups announcing all these horrible threats to your system that you can resolve by coughing up another $60 instantly. This computer is less than 2 months in service and the most recent pop up tells me I have threats numbering in the thousands that I need to throw money at so I am left wondering if Norton is doing anything at all. I started to look into canceling this but, surprisingly, it appears that this will be a challenge to find a way to kill it. I suspect they hope people will just give up and let it roll over but I have most of a year before it runs out and will obsess on canceling it until I drive a stake through it's heart.

    I like Norton better now than when I had it 15 years ago. It failed to protect my PC then, which is when we had towers still!!! It works well so far that I can tell. It's only been a week
