    As far as comments I saw about uninstalling your present version and long install times, that wasn’t the case for me at all. I let my previous subscription expire and the next day I redeemed my download code. Download was easy and took 10-15 minutes. It updated my expiration date to a year later. I also did not have a problem with cancelling my auto renewal or them restarting it or charging me. Highly recommended.

    I have no problem with the product, but dealing with the Norton customer service people is a total nightmare. Every year I extend my subscription and every dealing with Norton is a disaster. It is so frustrating to try dealing with individuals who do not speak English well and have such a heavy foreign accent. Trying to follow their endless instructions which do nothing to resolve problems they create. 1 1/2 hours plus is just to much waisted time and is filled with stress and frustration. It's like they are punishing the caller for not having the program auto renew at the highest price but instead buying the product at a greatly discounted Best Buy price. I never set up the Life Lock feature because I just didn't want any more time wasted. I will not go thru the aggravation again next year.
