    I PURCHASE LIBRARY DOWNLOAD NORTON 360 DELUXE FOR 5 USERS 1-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. I COULD NEVER GET THE CODE TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD. I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS DOWNLOAD BEST BUY TOLD I COULD NOT CANCEL. I HAD TO GO DIRECTLY TO NORTON TO PURCHASE SOFTWARE. MY PROBLEM I CAN'T CANCEL ORDER AND THIS IS SET UP FOR AUTO RENEWAL.

    Trying install on phone, getting redirected 2 other websites 2 opt out of their service, they request setting up account. Why do I need 2 set up account for service I don't have or want & have to be upgraded at additional cost for Norton to do? Can't rate quality til installed, can't submit unless rated & chat no help.
