    I had high expectations for this after extensive research to pick the most secure antivirus software with vpn. This program runs quite similarly to mcafee- like i paid to spam myself with 90s era endless popups. Also, it runs scans and then tells me i have to pay extra to apply any of the recommended fixes..... seriously!? really dissatisfied with the purchase. If this low price isn't high enough to provide all the advertised functions, I'd say Norton should rethink the pricing model. I hate being bait and switched, and that's how this feels.

    very intrusive software....does not stop all malware and uses up a lot of resources compared to previous antivirus/security software I have used in the past

    I loaded this software onto three computers and it seems to be functioning well. However, I found out Best Buy will not answer questions regarding loading (I had trouble downloading onto my first computer) and you need to contact Norton. I was upset and tried to return to get credit but again had to talk to Norton. That aside, all is well and the cost was only $29.

    Recently, I opened a page on my computer, and it turned out to contain a virus. I wondered why Norton 360 Deluxe did not detect the virus, despite running a virus scan. What is the use of buying these products if they don't do their job?
