We also regret the confusion around the return process. When a subscription is purchased through a retailer like Best Buy, their return policies apply, and unfortunately those policies can be stricter with digital software. The Norton pop up window from hell.

Several time a day the Norton window pops up on your screen. It takes about a dozen attempts to close th window. It’s difficult to impossible to shut off. I’ll never buys this software again.

The directions found did not show how to resolve the issue. The steps read go to SETTINGS>FIREWALL well all I see is SMART FIREWALL and from their I do not see the option to add my printer. Not happy at all.

Confusing

I already had Norton’s 360 and thought that I would be able to use this and then save some money money. Didn’t work out that way. I was still required to pay the annual fees to use it.
