I already had Norton’s 360 and thought that I would be able to use this and then save some money money. Didn’t work out that way. I was still required to pay the annual fees to use it.

They will charge you in one year $100+ to renew the software. If you try to remove your credit card before the software expires, it will cancel your subscription. This should be ILLEGAL and considered a bait and switch tactic to use their product.

Posted .Hi Grace - Sorry for your confusion, but let me correct your misinformation:
This is a FULL ONE YEAR subscription which only needs a payment method entered for the *optional* renewal. (same way Netflix works) After activation, you can cancel auto-renewal and your software still works for the initial year you purchased. This certainly is not illegal, and understand your possible confusion, but giving people mistaken information certainly doesn’t help a Best Buy customer make an informed decision now, does it?
