    I already have Norton so I just wanted to renew with a new code. Before doing this I have to unregister my old subscription and reapply the new sub on each computer. Big hassle....

    Purchased it this afternoon, Still can't download it even though it says "Ready for download" in my purchase order. Got a "verification code" in email that says "simply enter your verification code on BestBuy.com® to complete your purchase and download your digital product." WHERE??!! Went to Digital Library and clicked "continue" ("Download provided by: NOBBY") and keep getting "We're sorry. Something went wrong." No more digital download purchases from Best Buy!
