Integrates with Outlook to block threats as they come in with very few false positives. Can be a resource hog on lower powered systems and, unfortunately incessantly wants you to upgrade to LifeLock and more expensive versions.

Way too many notifications!

I don't care unless something is actually wrong. I don't need to know every time a scan went well, just when it doesn't go well. I don't need a reminder every 5 minutes that my WiFi password is weak. Let me stop new notifications because I'm not changing my WiFi password. Run in the background and let me get to work without constant notifications. Trend Micro along with most other reputable antivirus software blocks viruses perfectly well. Just make a product that does its job and isn't so constantly annoying.

VPN and Antivirus Software

VPN works so well that I receive late messages, voicemails don't come in, and my internet speeds drastically decrease. I checked my speeds through speedtest.net. My downloads without it are over 1,000 Mbps vs with VPN are 200 Mbps. In addition, visual voicemail does not work properly.

Nowhere in the description of this software does it say it can't be used for a Norton 360 renewal.... until after you buy it. So this was $25 that I just lost. Shame on you.

Posted .Hi Dawn - No worries, as here’s two ways to use your new license:
EASIEST: call Norton Support at (800) 745-6034 and an agent will help update your account to use this.
QUICKEST: if you are near the end of your current subscription, make sure auto-renewal is off (so won’t be charged) and then add this new license to your Norton account at: www norton.com/setup. When your current one expires, this one will take over to continue your protection. Hope this helps - DWN.
p.s. The BBY description does actually say “For new Norton subscriptions only at an introductory price,” but it’s kinda hidden. That’s why support will get you going - Cheers!
