    Norton is okay. It’s inexpensive and does a decent job. My problem is how it’s constantly asking to add different functions that on the surface seem reasonable but then become a big pain in the butt.

    THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WHICH IS WHY I RETURNED IT IS BECAUSE IT DID NOT SPECIFY I NEEDED TO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT & CARD TO USE THIS SPECIFIC MODEL! I HAVE BEEN USING NORTON 360 BY SYMANTEC FOR OVER 15 YEARS NOW & I AM HAPPY WITH THEM

    I’ve been using it for last ten years. The most comfortable and safe option to protect your computer from evil viruses. Some antivirus program take long booting time but this norton doesn’t. Unless if any new antivirus program come out i will stay with this one

    When I've gotten Norton key codes in the past, Norton never required my credit card to activate it, now it does. I do not wish to put in my credit card, one reason being I don't want to maybe be charged for what I already paid for, and two, don't want auto-renewal, incase I don't have the same computer or want to switch antivirus. Happy with Best Buy though, it's not their fault.

    it was a little hard to install just because I have never done it before. I also tried call my local best buy but, their lines were busy all three times I called. I figured it out.
