Please contact us at support.norton.com or call us (800) 745-6034 for *free* assisted virus removal, and also please tell us where you heard about another fee of $60?! That's likely a scam, which unfortunately Norton customers get targeted for because of our trusted name recognition for over 30 years - Hope this helps - DWN

I randomly get notifications and such telling me to use the other extra features. I will have to look into how to turn them off.

This version is a little problematic and I'm never really sure if my computer is being protected! After installing I had to install updates immediately and there's no icon to tell me that my laptop is being protected. I'm hoping for the best..
