It will tell you have a problem ( which it does a lot). Then says view fix options then it shows you it can fix it for $69.00, $39.00 , $29.00 etc. I bought it to take care of the problem. Instead I have to buy some add-on to fix anything. Stupid! I would like to go back to Kepersky it fixed the problems!

Norton Tech was no help. Not sure if it's any good, no way to validate and data.
