Companies will never learn the art of TRUE customer service, for it is all about lining the pockets of the CEO's, at any cost. I did insist on refund. Hopefully truly get one. My store in town is great, but I can barely walk, so thought my service online would be the same. NOT!!!!

It will tell you as such AFTER you buy it and try to download it. I'm on hold with "support" to now get a refund. I deleted crap Sophos to buy this even crappier Norton product. The difference being your code is not emailed to you.
