I had already paid Best Buy for product. I think you can cancel the auto renewal after, but still see no reason to let them have my credit card on file, and probably renewal fee after one year will be higher. Find another anti virus, and their help desk was completely unhelpful.

In the end I had someone take a look at the computer and they were able to get rid of the rogue programs. This did absolutely nothing
