I paid in the store , and I paid online too with the same credit card. I don't think that my computer is protected because of the different code and keys number that I was getting. Please if you can check your record and send me another code to reinstall the Norton antivirus plus.

Nothing else to it. Being used to protect a gaming laptop just acquired. Runs very light. No impact on system performance. Price on sale was right too.

The app is designed like an advertisement, giving you notifications multiple times a day nagging you to buy more services. I could not find a way to turn it off, there was no option in settings. The things that I paid for were buried in the interface beneath all the reminders of the services I didn't have. I had to click so many things just to start a scan. Even the uninstaller was a terrible experience, with the interface not fitting in the window so I had to uninstall via an official "remove and reinstall" app from Norton's website.

I clicked 'Continue' in the Digital Library to download the product. To take me to a page that is now saying the 'page not found' 'We're sorry, something went wrong'. I did not expect this to happen and now I am unable to download the software. I want to return it for an exchange for the physical. I suggest to get the physical version if you don't want to have problems with downloading the digital version.
