I had already paid Best Buy for product. I think you can cancel the auto renewal after, but still see no reason to let them have my credit card on file, and probably renewal fee after one year will be higher. Find another anti virus, and their help desk was completely unhelpful.

And Bestbuy cannot help and they wants me to purchase total membership for $179 for support.. This is ridiculous..
