It works fine. I'm not sure what I expected but it is basically a toaster with holes in the shape of hotdogs and buns. I was just a little unimpressed. The grandkids liked it and I guess that is why I bought it in the first place. It is nice to have a toasted bun for your dog. And, it was on sale so okay all in all.

I love it. My husband bought the first one for our home. I have bought two additional as gifts for friends. Plan on getting my dad one for Fathers day. Everyone that has seen ours says they're going to buy one for themselves.

Love hot dogs, but takes too much time. With this hot dog maker it's fast and easy. Like making toast, franks and buns come out perfectly cooked in about 4 to 5 minutes, like they have been grilled.

I love these retro items and it has a nice finish.

Inexpensive and easy way to cook hot dogs & toast buns. Just like using a toaster. No need for a grill or boiling water. Just pop in one or two hot dogs and buns, set timer and voila.

It is shaped so even a small bun would not fit and so they "toasted" unevenly, even so, it was burnt black at the ends but refrigerator cold otherwise. Then the hot dog did not get more than... warm? Barely. I did what I had seen in other reviews and let it run a few times before putting anything in but when I did it I had to run it twice and even then it was not very warm. Just a good idea and a shoddy product. I guess if you want a functional version of this it will probably have to be more than $20 bucks.

It went over exactly as expected. It will probably never be opened.

The hotdog toaster is so cute and works well. The franks come out nice and hot. If you want it more crispy then all you have to do is turn up the dial. Clean up is very easy! Totally worth the purchase!!

Not bad for $15 deal of the day.. Don't plan to use it much.. Just looks kool

Great little product! Novel too! Remarkably convenient for quickly cooked, hot dogs and buns. I gave this as a gift and the whole room was mesmerized.

gave the pop up hot dog toaster as a gift--they really enjoy using it, just pop the hot dogs and rolls in, press the lever, wait a few minutes and they are ready to serve

Okay to use ocassionally . Will warm hot dog. Not for every day use.

This cooks hot dogs great with no need to fire up a grill, has 5 settings and toasts buns at 2 hot dogs/buns at a time, could not be easier to enjoy a hot dog quickly

I bought this as a wedding gift for some friends. They host poker night and other little parties and have used it many times! It's cute and fun and works well!

I purchased this Nostalgia Electrics Hot Dog Toaster as a companion to my Coca Cola mini fridge. Hot dogs and buns cook quickly. Unit works as expected.

My daughter loves hot dogs so I got this as a secret Santa gift. The hot dogs aren't fully cooked/warmed after one round but the bread is burned. I'd toast the buns after the hot dogs were the right temperature.
