Fun item, but aggravating

Have used it twice as a test run and got completely different reactions. The first time it seemed easy to use but the second it did not want to work at all. Still not sure what to make of it....

Good idea, but design needs some work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everyone was excited to make cotton candy and the machine started as expected, ran for 3 minutes and then came to a grinding halt. The fix was easy by adding a washer to the bottom of the spinning sugar holder. All went well making 2 cotton candy cones, but as it doesn't seem to have a temperature gauge when trying to make the third one no success (except lots of burnt sugar smoke). Have tried several times after this with limited success.

Fun machine for kids
