I expeced more from this machine, but it does make cotton candy. Im glad i tried it by myself because i wouldnt have wanted to share the little it made with anyone. It took nearly an hour to unbox, set up, and make two small gobs of cotton candy. I wish it came with some started candies or sugar. Not horrible for the price, but honestly more of a kids thing. If i was 12 i would be estatic.

It takes long to heat up. Have to use tons of candy to make cotton candy. Horrible experience

It is very time consuming to make cotton candy 2 small hard candies at a time.

Not worth the money, doesn't produced enough 'cotton candy' just a terrible product.

We were so looking forward to having cotton candy at home, especially the sugar free kind. However, when we opened the box there were no instructions, which began the downward spiral. I was able to find instructions online though, and followed them to the letter, and the results were less than awe inspiring. We tried several times to get anything resembling real cotton candy, but it just stuck to the reusable cone in a sort of crusty residue. Ended up taking it back.

Not impressed. Overall poor performance and quality.

I purchased this for my daughter's birthday. It broke the first day. And not all my daughter's guests got cotton candy. And I still have all the floss and now no maker.

I was really disappointed with this pretty machine that I had planned on using for a party. It took one bag of candy and a lot of time to produce only one cotton candy... so disappointing. On top of that I tried to return the useless machine to Best Buy on the 16th day and they would not take it back or even give store credit as it was beyond the 15th day for returns. I asked what about if I had given it as a gift and they said no returns beyond 15 days and only with a receipt. Really horrible!

The cotton candy maker barely makes any candy. It takes a lot of time to get a large amount of cotton candy on the provided stick.

Fun project to do with your children but a lot of the sugar goes to waste (not such a bad thing). Clean up is much easier than when I was a kid.

The price is very good, but very time consuming and to make the cotton candy when you have many children and wanting a big problem!!

Eh it does work but not a full cone pur 2 candies you would have to do it about 7 times fore a cone.

My wife is type 2 diabetic and she loves cotton candy. I brought this because it said you can used sugar free hard candy. I also purchase around $60 of sugar free hard candy to go with it. You can imange how put off I was when it wouldn't work.. It made a mess... If you buy this don't expect that you can run it with hard candy. You'll have to buy the powder...

I bought this toy for my daughter I knew it was going to be a waste of money but it was not very expensive so I got it for her. I didn't have any luck with the cotton candy machine it was a complete waste of time and money. This is just a novelty item it does not work.

We tried a few times, it was disappointing. Like lumpy whisps of insulation. I cant recommend this pr9duct and I wonder if it is to theor benefit not to include sugar/candy so you can see how bad it is before the return deadline

Didn't work. When we returned it they wouldn't order new one at same sale price. Said I had to look for same item on sale in future ads because this is the time for sales and they were sure it would be offered again. Who has time for that!
