I have a Sony and this program can’t touch Sony raw files. Didn’t know that, if it listed “arw, crw, bla, bla” I’d known to look deeper then just the term RAW. I thought RAW, was just that RAW. Total waste for me.

May be great for some.

It is probably my age and not being able to understand the directions. If someone had sat down with me and showed me it might have worked out better. I just couldn't get it to do what I wanted. I kept loosing the pictures and couldn't get them to print in the size I wanted.

I have not been able to import video clip! VERY DISAPPOINTED that BEST BUY would not allow me to return or exchange it because I had to open it to determine if it actually did what I purchased it for. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
